Technology & innovation arm of UW Insure

Technology born inside insurance.

UW InsureTech develops technology from real brokerage operations. We research, build and validate practical systems that connect insurance expertise, data, workflow and AI—then collaborate with partners to adapt those capabilities for wider markets.

Built from the inside

We didn't study brokerage from the outside.

Our technology work grew out of the daily operating environment of UW Insure. The result is a practical R&D model shaped by customer service, brokerage workflow, communications, policy context and the need to make better decisions without slowing people down.

UW Insure is the living laboratory.

Operational challenges create the research agenda: fragmented information, repetitive service work, communication overload, evidence retrieval and the difficulty of getting the right context to the right person at the right moment.

UW InsureTech turns experience into reusable systems.

We focus on connecting existing systems, data and people. AI is one tool inside that architecture—not the entire product story.
